There are no comms due to bad signal or flat battery.

You will have to physically have a look at the unit.

This could be due to bad signal, or check to see if the power is on.

Please give us a call to have a consultant guide you over the phone to reset it.

  • Could be caused by bad signal
  • Check that the pump is running
  • Check that the water meter wire is not damaged and that the terminals are not corroded.

Check your comm-port and also check your setup to see if comm-port is configured correctly.
